Apple cake
Ingredients:
350 gr. flour
200 gr. butter
2 eggs
100 gr. sugar
1 sachet baking powder
some salt
2 apples
apricot jam

Melt the butter in a bain-marie. Stir foamily the eggs with the sugar. Add the butter, the flour and baking powder to the eggs and stir quickly. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Put the dough on the baking sheet. Cut the apples in small slices and place them on the dough. Brush some apricot jam on the apple slices. Bake in the oven at 180 grade for about 40 minutes.
